Due to Covid-19, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

But please contact me if you have any problems/concerns with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
  • One-Offs

**Due to the nature of business logo signs, these are more intricate and can take up to 4-6 weeks. Please allow additional time during the holiday season.**

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS

ALL CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Due to the nature of our items– Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Any changes or cancellations will acquire a cancellation fee. Fee will vary depending on how far along we are in production. Two (2) attempts will be made to finalize orders. If no response, order will be cancelled and partial refund will be given.

 

PAYMENT:

  • Major credit cards are safely processed through PayPal or Stripe.
  • Refunded payments will appear in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
  • If you buy an item then notice a coupon code shortly after your purchase you are committed to the first sale. We can not give out price adjustments, thank you for understanding!
